First representing New Zealand at the age of 11 for an U-13 New Zealand v Australia inline hockey tournament. I transitioned to inline speed skating and from the age of 18 I spent the next 7 years racing for my country and various European professional teams, competing all over the world. Four years ago I decided it was time to chase a different dream, the winter Olympic games. Spending most of my time training between Salt Lake City, U.S.A and Inzell, Germany. I compete at the highest level of long track speed skating on the ISU World Cup circuit and at the ISU World Single Distance Championships.
